Help Center

Everything below answers a question we actually get. If yours is not here, write to us — a person reads it.

Which size do I need?

The HiiGuy strap comes in two lengths.

  • 32 inch — M / L. The standard length. Right for most photographers wearing the camera at hip height.
  • 44 inch — XL / XXL. The extra-long version, made for taller photographers, for wearing over a jacket, and for anyone who wants the camera to sit lower or cross-body with room to spare.

If you are between the two, take the 44 inch. A strap that is too long can be worn shorter; one that is too short cannot be worn longer.

Will it fit my camera?

The strap attaches with quick-release clips and includes a screw mount, so it fits DSLR and mirrorless bodies with standard lugs, and smaller bodies through the mount. A safety tether stays connected while you swap the strap off.

How does the 3-year warranty work?

Every HiiGuy strap is covered for three years against manufacturing defects, from the date you bought it. Registration is not required in order to claim — it simply means we already hold your details when you write.

Activate your warranty here. You will get a confirmation email with your registration number; keep it, it is your record.

Covered: defects in materials or workmanship, stitching, hardware or components that fail because of a manufacturing fault. Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidents and misuse, damage from pets or vehicles, loss or theft, and damage from modification or unauthorized repair.

Where do I buy it?

HiiGuy straps are sold on Amazon, and that is where your order, your delivery and your returns are handled. This site is where we publish guides, run the warranty and answer questions.

Where is my order?

Orders are with the retailer you bought from. If that was Amazon, your order status and tracking are in Your Orders. We do not have visibility into an order that was not placed with us directly.

Something arrived wrong, or broke

Write to Guy@HiiGuy.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. If it is a warranty defect we repair or replace it. If it is a delivery problem, the retailer resolves it faster than we can, and we will tell you so rather than leave you waiting.
